The Golden Thread is a product of Patter Labs, operated by Patter Intelligence Corporation. This page explains what this site collects and why.

What we collect

• If you leave your email: your email address, your answers to the two optional questions on the form, and the link or ad that brought you to the page. The form is handled by Formspree.
• If you pre-order: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment confirmation. We never see or store your card details.
• Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits, see which links and ads bring people here, and count clicks on the Reserve button.

How we use it

Only to deliver The Golden Thread, to tell you when it launches, to process refunds, and to understand which channels and problems matter most to project managers. We do not sell or rent your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email and form answers at any time by writing to [email protected]. Payment records are kept as required for accounting.
